As he stared out his office window on the 40th floor of the JP Morgan building in Manhattan, a sense of accomplishment enveloped Matthew Harrison. Finally he was back on top. After being disowned by his father, he worked himself through college while living in a discarded bus at the scrap yard. Classmates had referred to him as “Busboy”, and never expected him to graduate. Now his father and 3 classmates would be the first jobs cut.
